Qingdao HYC Apparel Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of casual wear and outwear. We have our own factory and show rooms, with product ranges covering all kinds of woven garments, such as casual blazers, jackets, down jackets, coats and pants.
Our customers mainly come from America and west Europe. Up to now we have been worked cooperatively with many world-famous corporations such as HandM, Camaieu, S.Oliver, Migros, Stadium, Wal-Mart, etc.
Covering an area of about 67,000 square meters, having a staff of more than 600 professional personnel, including 30 staff for merchandising, shipment arranging, banking, fabrics and accessories buying and 38 staff for sampling and paper patterns designing. Now our annual production capacity is up to 1,500,000 pieces of garments.
Currently we have been outfitted with the most advanced production equipment in the world, such as the Lectra CAD system from France, 858pcs of sewing machines and more than 400set other special machines including key eye button hole machine and lockstitch button machine etc which are all from Juki Japan and Juki China. Furthermore, we have our own lab similar as that in HandM, in which all equipments were imported to meet international lab test standards such as ITS. With the advanced equipments, some textile tests can be made by ourselves independently.
